Coaching Disciplines - Sprints and Middle-Distance Running Track & Cross Country events.

Philosophy:

I believe ‘Fitness is 4 Life’.  Everyone can improve on their fitness and their ability regardless of age or impediment. 

Squad:

Current athletes range from 9 -52 years of age with majority in the 12-20 age range. 

Background:

I have Coached in a number of different sports, Karate, AFL, Marathon Running, and now Track and Field before commencing my company in 2016.

I started competing in Track and Field when I turned 50yrs and have competed at State, National and Australasian events.  I bring this lived competition experience to my coaching enhanced by the below continuous qualifications I gain.

Training Times:
Summer Season Training Times:
Monday & Thursday:- 6pm to 7.30pm
Saturday: - 10am to 12pm until Little Athletics Competition commences

Winter Season Training Times:
Monday & Thursday:- 5pm to 6.30pm

Fees:
$15.00 per session attended.

Coaching Disciplines - Throws Coach - Javelin, Shot Put, Discus

About:
I offer squad training but also private coaching in the throwing disciples of Javelin, 
Shot Put and Discus.  I also cater for the combined-event athletes.

Coaching Disciplines - High Jump, Hurdles, Long Jump and Sprints

About: Hot Track Athletics Squad                                

I believe in a long term development approach for athletes focusing on teaching fundamental skill development and athleticism within an inclusive fun environment.

I coach a variety of events with my focus on High Jump, Hurdles, Long Jump and Sprints.

Ages 10 +      Small group with limited availability.

Qualification:

  • Level 2 Development Coach
  • Level 3 Performance Coach
  • Specialisation – Jumps
  • Specialisation - Sprints, Hurdles and Relays
Training Times:
Monday & Wednesday: Sprints, Hurdles, Long Jump

Sunday: High Jump (places available to suitable athlete)

Fee:
